The Yes-Kids have finished their Pastel Sunflowers, just in time for the Last Friday Art Walk. Those who choose to, can mat and/or frame their pieces and put them in the FABulous Kids Art Show. It will be held in the upstairs gallery at ArtSpace. Check for pictures on the FAB website too. www.fineartsblount.com. Their works and those of Elaine's Kids n Klay and Karen's Copy Cats will remain for the entire month of May. Please come to the Last Friday Art Walk for the opening. Refreshments will be served. ;-)
We are proud of our YES-Kids and their artwork. We will have another show of their 3-D art at the Blount County Library in June. Then in August the YES students will be showing their 2-D artwork at the BCL for the whole month. All students that have been in classes from Summer Clinic 2009 through Summer Clinics 2010 will be asked to participate in these shows.
